The 7-Step Russian Medical Pedicure is a 45-60 minute, health-intensive treatment that combines techniques of the traditional Russian pedicure with modern medical therapies.

During your appointment, your Podiatrist will take your medical history, including any diagnoses that could affect your foot's healing, in order to tailor the session to any underlying foot disease or areas of focus.

Your Podiatrist will then clean your feet and perform an intensive dry reshaping of your toenails, clearing out any dead or calloused tissues and unhealthy nail growth, using a sterilized, ceramic e-file drill.

Once your toenails and cuticles are appropriately treated, the Podiatrist will work on any corns, callouses, dry or cracked tissue, using a variety of specialist drills and tools, to perform a thorough debridement.

They will then run a dry exfoliating treatment to open up your feet and clear out any additional calloused or unneeded top layers of skin, and will then apply luxury, healing finishing oils and creams.

After the application oils and creams have had a chance to set and you've had a chance to relax, you're good to go! Say goodbye to damaged or unhealthy-looking feet!
